When registering you will be asked to complete a short form which includes standard information such as your contact details, preferred login credentials etc.

1. Sellers Requirements: At auctions8 we require that all sellers take the great opportunity to list all their listings on auctions and their store concurrently to to maximize their exposure. We would like to make sure that you understand this aspect before you register.
2. Favorite Charity organization to support: Your answers will determine where the future donations would be going to. As a community, we are committed to donate 50% of our future profits to charities nominated by our members. In addition, we created a Pledge Charity Auctions Main Category for sellers to list items for sale under the relevant categories where the sale proceeds would be forwarded to the Charities directly form the Sellers themselves.
3. Are you a Buyer or a Seller?: We would like to find out if you are mainly a Seller or a Buyer. It is common to be both. In that case please write "Seller". 4. How did you find out about us?: Just some indication as to how you found out about our online community. Direct Payments Settings is NOT a required filed and if you are selling it can be completed at a later date.
Once registered you will receive E-Mail confirmation.
Our Support, Help Desk is on our Home page. At our ticketed Support desk you will have a chance to be assisted by all our team leaders personally covering diuffernt areas.

Members can access to eBay Importer and the Bulk Lister Application through the Members Area. To leave feedback comments for a Buyer or a Seller you must log into your account and go the Members Area/Reputation on the Left Menu and click "Leave Comments". Most users have previous history that would be invaluable to a seller. At sign up please answer a question as to where you have been a member previously or currently. We respect all users history and appreciate the hard work that goes into build up a feedback. Please feel free to copy and paste your previous or current membership details from other sites for easy verification for your buyers. A page has been dedicated for each user to utilise in order to show the buyers sellers background. auctions8.com will NOT require a verification after sign up if you have been referred by one of our hard working team members.
www.auctions8.com is NOT about leaving malicious comments about others and being nasty. We are way beyond all that. Our community is made up of great people with the same objectives of having pleasure from buying and selling online, making some money and meeting new friends. We are discouraging all our members from leaving negative feedback for another member. Accordingly, every positive experience will count as +1 and can be automatically recorded against the users name. All negative feedbacks will be directed to a Feedback Panels for revision and only recorded after Feedback Panel's approval.
Through the Members Area you will have access to Messaging, Bidding, Selling, Reputation/Feedback, Bulk Application/Bulk Lister, About Me, My Store, My Account and Wanted Ads all in one screen. You will also find the Members Announcements Board once you Login to your site account
You should regularly check your Members Area to see any new Incoming Messages, Sold Items, Items You Are Bidding on as well as My Account activity to monitor your business.
Store Pages are there to provide your Buyers with more information about your business and is divided into 4 parts. Subscription Set Up:- Your Store is already setup and activated at sign up automatically Main Settings:- Mostly self explanatory. Just follow he prompts to include information about your store, upload a Logo and pick a design and proceed to save. Store Pages:- Include item quantitites, more About the Store, Store Specials, Shipping Information and Company Policies and Proceed to save. Custom Categories:- You are able to create your very own category and inlcuded in subcategories. These categories are reserved for store items only and you may not ba able to list auction items in these categories Here you may choose the describe yourself as well as talk about your past experiences you had in online selling to show buyers that you are reliable and trustworthy. You can also copy and paste images, links to your own websites and more to show your personality and the nature of your business.
