Really cute pattern of Little Brown Koko and his dog Shoog
It can be used several ways
One is to make flat dolls and applique the clothes on, or you can simply use it as an applique and embroidery pattern
Finished sizes are 15 inches for Koko and 7-1/2 inches for Shoog
They would make adorable appliques for a quilt
I also have a precious pattern to make a fabulous Koko and Shoog quilt that has 18 different squares - email me for details
Little Brown Koko and Shoog use to be a monthly feature in the children’s section of Women’s Household magazine back in the 1930’s and there are some children’s books that can still be purchased today. The stories were written by Blanche Seale Hunt and illustrated by Dorothy Wagstaff.
