due within seven days. Strings and accessories do not carry implied
warranty. Kid-bids (your youngster or relative, or nephew, or family
member, friend, neighbor, etc., bid on your account without your
permission) will not excuse your personal responsibility. If item is
not paid by the fifteenth day after closing, a non-payer will be
filed. If not completely satisfied, may return the item within 3 days
of receipt, return shipping at buyer's expense. Returns may not show
any signs of damage, scratches, or abuse, and all parts and accessories
must be included with returns in original packaging. Returns require
return authorization with shipping instructions and may result
in inspection charge.

Procedure for Shipping Damage or Defective Items In
the event that item is received as damaged or defective, buyer must
contact seller within 3 days. Proof of shipping damage or proof of
defect is required for replacement unit, including clear photographs
showing shipping label, shipping box, photo of whole unit, and two
photos from different angles showing specifc damage or defective area.
Photos larger than 110K file size will not be accepted, so please don't
send 2 megabyte photos. If you must send 2 megabyte size photo files,
send them by US mail. If an item is sent via US Mail and item is
received in damaged condition, buyer must take the item and contents to
their post office, file a damage claim, and establish proof of damage.
Buyer must provide seller with every reasonable opportunity to correct
the problem with a damaged or defective item before leaving neutral or
negative feedback.
Received Wrong Item Inventory is
stored at our warehouse and almost all items are shipped from the
warehouse. Buyers be advised that once in a while, the manufacturer
may have inadvertently packaged an item and mislable the box. This does
not happen often, however, it has happened. It is never our intention
or the intention of the warehouse to ship the wrong item. In such
cases, please notify us and we will go to work to get the correct item
shipped to you. Buyer agrees to not post neutral or negative feedback
for events such as this that are beyond our control. It is only within
our control to correct the situation, and as soon as we are aware of
it, we will go to work to correct it.
Feedback As a
seller, it is our goal to make every step of your purchase go
perfectly, from start to finish. When you receive your item and all is
in good order, please leave positive feedback. This will tell us that
everything was as it should be. If you receive a damaged or defective
item, the terms of sale require that you, the buyer agree to inform the
seller of the details and and provide seller with a reasonable
opportunity to correct any problem. Buyers agree to not post neutral
or negative feedback for mishaps or errors caused by the shipper or US
Postal Service, or events that are beyond our control.
Shipping This
items is shipped via UPS from our Los Angeles area fulfillment
warehouse facility. No local pickup is available on this item. This
item will normally be shipped the next business day after your payment
is completed, and on the day it ships you should receive a tracking
number that night or the next morning. If you do not receive a tracking
number by the third business day after your payment is completed,
please contact us.
Shipping Transit Time Items
shipped to the East Coast will take about 5 - 7 business days. Items
shipped to Midwest will take about 3 - 5 business days. Items shipped
to the West Coast will take 1 - 3 business days to be delivered.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS Payments
via PayPal will ship to your PayPal address of record. If your
shipping address, as registered on your account is different than
the address you have registered with PayPal, we will ship to your
PayPal address of record. If your item has already departed our
fulfillment warehouse facility and you need to amend and change the
shipping address, a $15 re-routing charge will apply. If your address
provided at the time of payment is incorrect and item is returned as
undeliverable, you the buyer are responsible for paying re-shipment
costs before item is re-shipped.
RETURNS
You may return the item within 3
business days for any reason. You are responsible for return shipping
costs and sending us the tracking number. If the returned item is
damaged during the return shipment, you will need to file a damage
claim from your shipper and recover your funds by that method. We will
not refund an item that has been damaged on return shipment. After you
have sent your return shipment, you must notify us with the tracking
number within 24 hours after item is on a return shipment. Returned
shipments must be inspected by receiving warehouse and no refund will
be paid until an inspection report is provided to us by the
distribution center. Right to refund is voided if the inspection report
shows that the item returned is missing items, disassembled, damaged,
abused, scratched, marred, or otherwise in unsellable condition, or
shows any signs of use. For those shipments where a shipping cost was
charged in addition to the purchase price, shipping costs are not
refundable.
